Bum
This game is really nothing special. It's just like playing a really old first person shooter such as Doom or Duke Nukem 3D except with a middle east theme.
There doesn't seem to be any sound either, at least on my machine. I guess if you set your expectations really low you might be able to look past that and get some mild enjoyment out of it.
Personally I was bored of it as soon as I started playing it, but I gave it a chance anyway.
It uses an old commercial game engine from 3D Realms (the one used for Duke Nukem 3D) which is suspecious to say the least. That's probably part of the reason why (actually probably the only reason) you won't find this in many other places on the net.

It is a very good FPS. I like it but it's too short. Whoever made this should make another one with more levels and of course sound and more weapons and harder people to fight and where is Bin Laden in the game? I did not see him in it at all!

This game has great graphics and reminds me of Quake combined with project IGI and the fun thing about this game is that it is free, I can't believe this game is 10 megabytes and the graphics are good.

It's too short, imbeciles made the graphics, the weapons are unaimable. Well, its free anyway. But when you feel like you need to kick some ass, this one is not too bad.

Hunt down and kill Osama Bin Laden and his followers. You are dropped in the middle of their city and must fight your through all of his men.

Great freeware game. Graphics are a bit jerky, a lot like other DOOMish knock offs, but hey it's free!
